We started off with cheeses, and then we continued with hams, cured meats, and many others products and not only. Nonetheless, the underlying idea has never changed: quality comes first. That is the main lesson our family has passed on to us since the 1920ies, when they went looking for the best cheese they could get from any dairy of the Friuli region. We are still doing so: we select, we age and refine with utmost care the best products, and now, thanks to the Ovaro Dairy, we also produce tasty, traditional delicacies from Friuli.
