The Tradition of the Pezzetta Taste is long . Almost a century of activity, three generations at work but always one objective: the quality of taste.

We have always selected and matured the best cheeses and the best cured meats.

We started doing so in Fagagna, in the heart of Friuli, selecting small companies and dairies in the region. Expanding first of all in Italy and then into Europe maintaining the same care and rigour in the selection process.

Particular importance is given to the jewels of our region: MONTASIO CHEESE DOP and the SAN DANIELE ham which we mature with care strictly respecting the current regulations.
